Using Title I to Support Out-of-School Time and Community School

This Finance Project brief can help after-school and community school
leaders work with school officials to use Title I, the largest single
federal investment in education, to fund a broad range of activities,
especially those that are most directly linked to improved educational
out-comes -- out-of-school time programs, parental involvement and
preschool services and education.
