Article II. Purpose

Section 1:

The purpose of the SCHA is to preserve the current character and mix of single and multi-family homes, property values, traffic patterns and social values of the area defined in Section II of this article. This is to be accomplished by establishing a Neighborhood Preservation Area pursuant to Ordinance No. SZC 88-0015, April 6,1988, of the zoning code of Sacramento County through participation in community-wide issues, using legal means if necessary.

Section 2.

The boundaries of the SCHA will be Madison Avenue on the North, Manzanita Avenue on the East, Winding Way on the South and Garfield Avenue on the West.
