On 3922 Cosby Street: there is a young man that stays their that sales drugs, is raising pity bulks that are very vicious in his backyard. He is also building or adding on to his house took. He has drug addicts coming to his house bringing stolen items for drugs. A year or two ago he was shot in his home because he was set up by a female that knew he sold drugs. It was a shoot out in the home and the police arrested him on possession of drugs , alot of illegal guns, money, drugs under floor boards etc. My grandmother lives on that street and am concerned about her well being if something else occurs at that home. I thought this neighborhood was safe? His name is Sandy Settles, he does nt work, never has from what I ve gathered, the home is in his younger brother s name Matthew Tezeno and he also has cameras all over the home to see if the police are coming so he can hide his drugs and money. If anyone has anything stolen from their home it s him or his drug addicts. Laptops, lawn mowers, to whatever is in his garage and home. Smart TVA he s trying to sell. Please notify the police and get this scum out if this neighborhood. I will move my grandmother and relocate her if nothing is done about this guy.
