Participate in a Voluntary On-Line Survey

The University of Illinois at Chicago has developed an on-line survey for Chicago residents to evaluate police services in the city and in their neighborhood.

Members of the South Oakwood Brookhaven community who are interested in voicing their thoughts about police services should click the link for "Neighborhood Safety Survey".

The purpose of the survey is to learn what citizens think about the Chicago Police Department, its strategies and
response to crime in our neighborhood.

The information provided may help improve police services in our service area and throughout Chicago.
