2009 Esther Johnson College Scholarship Awards Luncheon

We hope neighbors and well wishers alike will join us this year at the Gary Comer Youth Center, 7200 S. South Ingleside Avenue, from Noon to 4:00 p.m. for our 2009 College Scholarship Luncheon.

Marking A New Milestone

This marks the first year that our event is being held in our community. We are very grateful to the directors and staff of GCYC for their invaluable assistance in making this possible.

It is wonderful for us to celebrate our 50th year as a community organization right here in the neighborhood we serve.

The Esther Johnson College Scholarship Awards are so named for Mrs. Esther Johnson who was a tireless advocate for the residents of the South Oakwood-Brookhaven neighborhood.
