Hi, I moved into the neighborhood at the end of May and have noticed one issue. A gentlemen living on 103rd Street who constantly sit out on his front porch with his black short haired dog roaming the neighborhood. This happens on a daily basis and the dog has been soiling multiple yards around the neighborhood as he watches on. We have also ran into small altercations with this dog when we try to wal ours. We have said something to him but it goes nowhere, and have contacted the HOA president via email with no reply. Is the next step to call the sheriff or animal control? Just wondering if this is a matter the HOA could be involved in or not. Any suggestions, or a reply from a board member would be appreciated. Thanks!
