South Harbor HOA

We send in our yearly dues yet we have no idea where our money goes. We have no contact info aside from the PO box we send our money to. The HOA has no accountability. We have lived in this neighborhood for almost 7 years and have had only 2 meetings. We have many neighbors with homes in disrepair and nothing is being done about it. After the tornado last year many fences were damaged and were poorly repaired, again nothing has been done. The only recourse for anyone with neighbors that let their grass grow too tall or allow their property to remain damaged is to notify the city. Our property value has not gone up and will continue to stay low because some homes in the neighborhood look trashy.
If anyone is even monitoring this site I would like contact info for the person in charge of our HOA. I would also like a detailed account history of what our HOA fees have been supporting.
