EXTENDED PARKING IS AN ISSUE…

v If you park, your car in your back yard put down gravel or asphalt if you prefer a parking lot to yard.

v It is a code violation to have a vehicle parked and not moved, at least every 48 hours.

v You need to park the correct direction for the side of the street you are parking.

YOUR PROPERTY…. Keep your property clean & free of untrimmed bushes that go over your neighbors property.

Keep food and trash picked up out of your front and back yards!

Pay attention to behind fences and along the alley, this is easily over looked.

Please continue to send in your dues!

Other news ....

Winter weather is quickly approaching we are working on getting some new Salt Barrels for the streets ... If anyone is aware of where we can find some please let a Board Member know!!!

REMEMBER the salt in the Salt Barrels is for the corners where with snow build up it is very easy to get stuck. The salt is harmful to our Pets paws and because they lick their paws it could make them sick. So please do not use the salt on your personal property.

If there is a lid on the barrel please make sure if you use the salt, please replace the lid so the salt does not clump up and get hard!!!

If you see a barrel low on salt let a Board Member know so we can have it refilled.

Thank You

If you have something that interests the neighborhood, or just something you would like handled please call or email the neighborhood Board email and it will be discussed at the next Board Meeting.

Board Meetings are held Every month.

We are going to have a General Meeting for the entire neighborhood to attend the Second Wednesday of every other month @ 7:30 pm. The next General Meeting to be held is ... January  13, 2010. Location at this time for the January Meeting will be at 312 Lexington Court. If this changes we will send out an additional Flyer!!!
