For all you drivers, watch out for cars using the newly lowered part of Carlson just before the freeway overpass. Many cars are using this as a way to beat the trafic on the center lane and going very fast, disregarding traffic that may be turning on to Thema or crossing Carlson. They can get onto it from Plumas. I have called Richmond PPD and the officer said he would put traffic control on it. Hope it raises some extra $$ for the city, but do watch out for these crazy drivers.
