Does anybody know how we can get Blockbuster Video to clear the graffiti from the wall of their building? It is really starting to irritate me because it has been there for almost 2-months now and no one is going anything about it. The markings do not appear to be gang related, they were probably put there by some kids that think marking on walls is funny. Never the less, I really think something should be done to remove the graffiti. It looks really bad and may reflect poorly to people passing through our neighborhood. We have a wonderful neighborhood and we should do all we can to keep it beautiful. Also, does anyone know if the City of Memphis removes graffiti from private businesses?
