I rent an industrial space near the 405 Normandie on ramp and I am paid by the owner of the building to keep it clean. The Homeless vagrants have been sleeping behind the buildings, defecating, leaving piles of trash and today I found a hypodermic needle which, more than likely, means they are doing drugs back there also. They have stolen from me and I have had enough. We have called the highway patrol, the LAPD harbor division, cal-trans, city of gardena and have not had any success in clearing this people out of here.
I have civic pride and do not want this area to turn into a skid row!!
