I just want to commend all the plow drivers on what a fantastic job they did in our development. I work at Christiana Hospital and I had to be there during both storms. Thanks again, Michele

I agree that snow plowing was very good this winter.  However, with that said, we need to include road treatment and mailbox clearing as well.  We should also be looking again into street lighting here at Rutherford.  The only was to do these things is for everyone to pay their dues.  This months newsletter informed us that only 120out of 700 homes paid their $20/year dues!!  THAT IS ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS!!  I SAY WE CHANGE THE DUES TO BE PAID THRU NEW CASTLE COUNTY ALONG WITH YOUR TAXES!!!
