Aloha. I'm new to the area in Kailua and this was the only site I was able to find that may be able to provide me some answers.

Does anyone know what the city noise ordinance is? I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I'm asking because there is a yard company that wakes me up with a blower on the weekends at 7:00 am. 

If I find out that they're breaking the ordinance I'd like to tell them so I can actually get some sleep on the weekens.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
