I want all Graffiti removed from our outer perimeter fences every day of the week.

Is that specific enough for you?

I don't care if we have to paint the fences 365 days a year. Just do it and discourage those criminals who decide to paint on our fences. If we do not stop them then we fail.

We try to get it removed as soon as possible, hopefully within 24 hours. We have a contract with our fence company to remove it ASAP, but due to the tremendous increase of graffiti all around the city it doesn't get done immediately as we like and we have to wait our turn.

As far as discouraging those criminals we have to actually catch them in the act (according to SAPD) and then all they get is a slap on the hand by the judges. Our City laws have to be changed to make it a more criminal offense before real action can be taken to defuse this. I agree, the more they see they can get away with this, the more it will happen.

Like I said here on October 23, 2007, WE NEED YOUR HELP. Has anyone any suggestions? Please contact any Board member; we wil listen to your ideas.

Well, Norm has replied to this and I will add my two cents regarding the responsiveness of the HOA and its quality...

My wife has contacted Norm on a number of occasions regarding issues in the neighborhood and he has always been responsive and helpful.
