Why isn't ( WPD ) in compliance with Federal Hire Guidelines on Race/Gender

1. we have no minority officers WPD

2. we have no female officers at WPD

Simply debate why or why not, and should WPD be a diverse Equal Opportunity Police Department?

Serious Comments please I feel this is a crediblility issue in attracting new business and new diverse residents...to new investment, to our struggling Cool City , thats all

Seems like a legitimate issue in view of whats being formated by the Michigan Conservative Caucus for a Class Action Suit againts the City and WPD to bring these internet slouths out into the limelight of accountability.
