Currently, it will take around 30 minutes to travel north on Euclid, NewHope, Harbor, or Fairview from Edinger to the 22 freeway between the hours of 4 to 7 pm Monday through Friday. How can we decrease traffic congestion in central and western Santa Ana during these hours and improve our quality of life?

4 Vehicle inspection points
For one day have a DMV/CHP/SAPD vehicle inspections. Check CDL, insurance, registration. All vehicles that are not in compliance are towed. All drivers cited, no excuses. Do it a few times, increase the ridership on the bus system for weeks or months afterward! Do it in more places in Orange County and LA and watch the traffic decrease.
