In addition, community clinics throughout Orange County provide low cost medical care, and two clinics provide free medical care.
Legal residents of Orange County who are 21 through 64 years of age, have a current medical need, cannot pay for the medical care they need, and complete a Medical Services for Indigents (MSI) application may be eligible for MSI benefits.

The Hope Institute is a licensed outpatient program specializing in adolescent treatment. The Hope Institute is a dual-diagnosis program, treating both chemical dependencies as well as psychological disorders. The Hope Institute offers help to adolescents suffering from depression, grief, conduct disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, sexual trauma and abuse, poor academic performance, mild learning disabilities, and family discord.
