I'm not sure who will check this note, but I have owned my house in the Bluffs of River Run for almost 6 years now, and the neighborhood keeps getting worse and looking more trashy with every passing year. Anyone else feel the same or know how we can try to maintain the up-keep? The roads are horrible, cars are parked in yards, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
