All members are intitled to a statement explaning where the previous year assessment was spent, and how much was put in the Reserve Fund. Every penny must be accounted for. By-Laws, Section 5.
Section 5. Duties. The Board of Directors shall have the following duties:
A. To cause to be kept a complete record of all its acts and corporate affairs and to present a statement thereof to the members at the annual meeting of the members.
