Who do we report problems to now? HOA?

Who do we report large above ground pools to?

 

We have a new renter at 5378 Milhouse RD who has just installed. I believe since they are renters they do not know the covenants. But needless to say, they still need to abide them renters or not.

Above ground pools are not permitted in River Run. My guess the best place to report this pool is Mayors Action Center or Zoning.

How big can my garage, pole barn, detached accessory structure, pool, etc. be?
 

There are several rules that regulate the size of all of your detached buildings and accessory uses. Some rules requires certain setbacks from your property line, other regulate height in relation to your primary structure, others regulate the amount of open space on a lot, and still others regulate the square footage of all accessory uses in relation to the square footage of your primary structure.

Additionally, IHPC districts may impose further regulations.
 In general, the square footage of all detached garages, pole barns, mini-barns, gazebos, and other detached accessory structures cannot exceed 75% of the square footage of the main-floor living area of the primary structure. Additionally, all accessory uses (which include accessory structures), such as pools, hot tubs, attached garages, etc., cannot exceed 100% of the total living area of the primary structure.
