Can you explan these three items in our 2009 Budget?

1). Management Fees.

2). Reserve Landscaping.

3). Reserve Funding.

4. Playground

Where is the playground?  The only one I know of was disassembled and removed.

Why is there $37,000 allotted for landscaping (i.e. Reserve landscaping and landscaping).  I've lived here almost four years and have never seen any tree trimming in common areas or tree replacement.  The only landscaping I've witnessed is the planting of flowers in the spring at the entrances.  Where is this figure coming from?  How much was paid in 2008?  Where's the itemized invoices? 

There is over $55,000.00 of non-approved items in the 2009 Budget. Meaning the members never approved these items or was they asked for their approval. This has been going ever since I moved here in 2004. I set this site up in 2006 when I was a Board of Director. I resigned later because I could not get enough people interested in what was going on. The members has control of the association and pay the bills. The members elect the Board of Directors to manage the association. The Board of Directors don't control the association, that is not their duty. The members are letting this happen.

If the Board of Directors need more money they must call a special meeting for that purpose.

Reserve Funding is the money left over at the end of the year from our assessments for that year. Any money taken from the reserve fund must be approved by the members. The Board of Directors can not take money from the reserve fund without the members approval for anything.

This year puts the amount over $250,000.00 that has been taken from the members with non-approval items.
