Get Involved! Volunteer Positions Available:

The Riverbend Neighborhood Association is looking to fill the following volunteer positions:

Historic Home Tour Committee Member:
We are looking for individuals who are interested in organizing the 2006 Riverbend Historic Home Tour – September 9-10, 2006. Positions available for publicity, fundraising, corporate sponsorship, promotional materials and website design, volunteer coordination and homeowner participants. Meets monthly beginning December.

Membership Committee:
Are you an outgoing person who is interested in contacting new neighbors that move to Riverbend? If so, please join the committee!

Neighborhood Watch Team Members:
Positions available include Window Watchers and Car and Foot Patrol.

Newsletter Reporter:
Looking for individual(s) to supply monthly newsletter article about neighborhood history and happenings and/or interviews with neighbors and local businesses. Great opportunity for high school individual.

Newsletter Delivery Coordinator:
Need organized and reliable individual to help distribute newsletters to delivery teams throughout the neighborhood.

Grant Writer:
Looking for people to help us in our grant writing department. Need individual(s) to research and write grants for neighborhood projects.

Website Designer:
Looking for an individual to manage existing neighborhood website. Minimal time requirement.

Snow Removal:
Looking for volunteers to help remove snow from Riverbend lots.

Fifth Monday of the Month Supper Club:
Need individuals to provide food (menu supplied) or monetary donation for dinners, hosted by the Riverbend Neighborhood Association, once a quarter.
