Cats

I have seen a lot of cats lately as well. I live on Hummingbird as well. The other night we had one in a drain in our backyard. And I have seen one with a badly injured ear. I think they are definitely stray cats and it concerns me as well because the injured ones need medical attention.

We need some bigger cats around here that are not scared of the squirrels.
Anybody got a bobcat I can borrow?

I have no problems with the cats in the neighborhood as they do a good job of rat/squirrel removal. I do wish they would stay off of my car at night. I'm tired of washing paw prints.

 The big white cat on Hummingbird is mine. His name is Gizmo. He was given to me by my neighbors across the street who were unable to care for him. He is used to being outside, so you will usually see him around my home on Hummingbird. I try to keep him in, but he is not having it. He is fixed and is pretty old and harmless. Please drive slowly down the street, He also has had run ins with these stray cats.
