Amendments to the CC&R's

Amendments to the Declarations of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Ridge Pointe HOA

1. Section II, paragraph 10 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Ridge Pointe (DCCR) to read:

 10. "Lot" shall mean each of the 33 platted lots recorded under Pierce County Auditor's Recording No. 9712230648, with the exception of the common areas.

 2. To incorporate a policy to allow homeowners to park their recreation vehicles in their driveway.

Policy will read as follows:

 Vehicles such as: camper, camper trailer, boat, dirt bikes and ATV’s are allowed to be parked overnight in the homeowner’s driveway between April and September. Vehicles such as: Snowmobiles may be parked between the months of December and March. No vehicle may be parked that exceed the length of the driveway. No recreational vehicle may be parked overnight on the street. Vehicles that use a trailer to transport must be on its appropriate trailer when parked. Trailers and recreational vehicle must be licensed and have current tabs where applicable. Violators will have the recreational vehicle removed at the owner’s expense pending a 24-hour notice.
