The Ridge & The Crest Neighbors of Spring Vistas

Can someone please help me. My family and I are new to the subdivision and we are unaware of how to obtain the key card needed to gain access to the swimming pool. Could somone please help me with this matter. Thank you and I appreciate any help you can offer.

I am also new to Spring Vistas and would like to know how to get a key card for the pool. I was there yesterday and some kids let me in, but this info is not in the bylaws and material I received from my realtor, nor have I gotten any sort of a "welcome letter" from the HOA.

You must go to the Management company to pick up your keycard duting their regular business hours.  As for a welcome letter these are not usually sent out..
