Welcome to the Carrington Place Owners Association website!

We are located in Jacksonville, Florida near Landmark Middle School at the intersection of Atlantic Blvd. and Kernan Blvd.    The neighborhood is located approximately 20 minutes from every side of the city, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping and the Beaches!  Waterleaf Elementary School, Landmark Middle School and Sandalwood High School are the district zoned public schools.

Carrington Place is a deed restricted community that was constructed by Centex Homes in 1994.  Having only 58 homes, we are a great neighborhood with a small community feel.

The HOA Board retains legal counsel to protect and maintain the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions for Carrington Place.  It is the Association's Board of Directors responsibility and obligation to legally protect the community for which it serves.  New Legislative Laws took effect to ensure a consistent set of rules and obligations for all homeowners associations to follow.  To read about the law changes, cut and paste link below:
