Gate Codes

I. Property Owner Gate Codes- - formation of gate code establishment
A. Primary Code for property owners-
1. to be established by property owners
2. Code to be reset by property owners on a periodic (6-12month basis).
3. This code is optional and may not be require of property owners utilizing a remote control to open gates.
B. Secondary Code for dependents/frequent visitors-
1. To be established by property owners
2. To be reset on a periodic 1-6 month basis. basis.
3. This code is optional and may not be required of all property owners.
REMINDER!
The above codes are not to be shared with any non-residents. If a code is suspected of being breached by virtue of excessive use, it will be deactivated without notice.

Neighborhood Watch

Our awareness is our best defense against thefts/vandalism. All property owners are encouraged to take notice of strangers/vehicles within the neighborhood. Write down license plates and/or ask if you can be of assistance if their presence appears suspect.

Report suspicious activity immediately to Bexar County Sheriff's Dept.
