This is a very good reply. What is part of the issue is, we haven't been here for long, but we have noticed the trouble areas in this neighborhood. We're the same way about our situation. We don't move because not only money wise, I'm closer to school so when I start driving- I'm 5 minutes away from MAC, and mother works nearby so that makes things feel safer for me. I love this neighborhood, don't get me wrong. Every housing area has its flaws, but this one just keeps spreading like the common cold.

These are our homes, and part of that responsibility is to take care of our neighborhood and our neighbors.

I agree with you. Very much.

Thanks. I took a swing around the neighborhood yesterday and saw the spot before you posted. Frustrating, isn't it? I do wonder if the mgmt. company or the HOA has contacted the owner of the rental home to talk to them about the conduct of their renters.

It's good you keep your eye out, but please be careful not to confront anyone directly. It simply isn't worth it, and you might be hurt. (Yeah...I sound like a Mom, don't I?)

I'm so sorry you and your family are going through this.

F.Y.I.

The house is not a rental.

The parents own it.
