Have your alarm monitored

Have a good updated call roster for your alarm

Have someone pick up your mail, turn lights on, take care of your home while your gone

Don't have broken down vehicles in the neighborhood as it shows we don't care and starts a problem that is also called "Broken Window Syndrome" in the neighborhood and we do not want or need that to start here.

Remove flyers from doors and mailboxes

Keep grass mowed

Drive the neighborhood when you come in and report anything suspicious

Drive in a different route everyday when you come and leave so that the workers don't get your routine down

Perform operation ID on your house and mark / engrave your valuable, take an inventory and write down serial numbers of your valuables
