I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ARE THERE PEOPLE WHO LIVE PIKES PARK HAVING PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBORS WHO ARE TURNING THERE RESIDENCE INTO A AUTO SHOP OR LIVING NEXT TO JUNK YARD.BECAUSE I HAVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE CODE ENFORCEMENT. ENFORCING THE LAW . I GUESS IT DOESN'T HELP WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO KNOWS THERE DOING WRONG DOES ALOT OF IT WHEN THE OFFICES OF THE CODE ENFORCE CLOSES AT 5:PM.SO WHAT DOES A HOME OWNER DO?

I too live next to a junk yard (in Security).  My neighbors have disposed of a sofa and chair, leaving it on the sidewalk next to their mailbox...it's been sitting there for 3 weeks now.  I cannot understand why they do not properly dispose of this rubbish...they do have a friend with a large truck who comes by all the time!  We've complained to the Association as well as some of our other neighbors, yet nothing seems to have been done to correct this.  Their garage door and privacy fence is in need of repair...has been like that for quite some time.  Plus, their lawn is a mess.  We always have to clean trash off our own lawn since the wind blows their garbage (from over-filled trash containers) over our way.  And, they let their rather large dog run loose all the time  This pooch uses our and other neighbors lawns as a bathroom (yes, the grass is greener on the otherside for this fellow...I suppose)!  We are at our wits end. :(
