Update on the Oldach Window Settlement from the Coloradomanagment.com web site:
January 1, 2006 Update : Claims Processing and Payout
The processing of claims will take place during 2006 with the anticipated claim payout time after January 1, 2007. As new information becomes available, it will be posted on this site.
Credit values and individual payment amounts will not be known until checks are cut for distribution.
The volume of claim submissions has forced the Claims Administrator to adjust the dates for the Final Claim Decision (Credits Awarded -2006) and Auto-Initiation Notifications (2006) and payments (2007).
