We believe Medallion is not enforcing our deed restrictions, and is negating the effect of decisions already made by former architectural control committee. Example: Edwards Bluff home that backs up to our front yard was allowed to put up six foot privacy fence against a previously approved four foot fence that was specifically designed to enhance the appearance from Cerca Madera. Medallion has also allowed another fence against an expensive fencecrete fence, and is not controlling brick colors, accent colors, how many of the same house are on one street etc.
