I've already registered my home.  It was easy and it's free!

I went over the stoplawnlitter.org website and I think it's great.  I signed up my home and look forward to not cleaning up anymore. 

 I wonder why we haven't heard alot more about this law.  I think it's one of the few that have come around lately that really makes alot of sense.
