And back to the question you keep avoiding, mallosi......what was your point for originally claiming that a certain percentage of the nitrogen in the Gulf waters was from Iowa farms?

....noting that the air you breathe contains 78% nitrogen, and, as proven....tons of it enter the Gulf from other states and lakes as well. How much of that was from Iowa WW treatment plants and power plants, mallcontent? Can you please show us what a know-it-all you are?

No, can't be done.   It's been there for you to see multiple times but you are too stupid to understand it.

I won't hold my nitrogen-majority breath for your answer.....I know....I've got you on this one, Joe!

I don't believe I ever said farms.   That's a subdivision from someone else.

What does the air I breath have anything to do with Gulf water pollution?  God, you go off on some tangents.

I thought as much. Can't be done, huh, if you can't separate it?  Then how can you claim anything about Iowa's nitrogen in the Gulf, if it can't be separated?

You don't even remember what you posted! Farms? I thought that was your agenda? Where else was the "source" for your claims, dinkyhead? If you did not isolate nitrogen to Iowa somehow, then how could you have presented argument about Iowa's percentage in the Gulf. Looks like you are back-tracking now. The air you breathe contains some 78% nitrogen. But YOU had an issue over Iowa nitrogen in the Gulf of Mexico. Why? If YOU can't remember your argument, Joe, it means nothing, and all this was for naught!

Why don't you go back to your original claim then? You posted during a GPC air pollution post from someone else. But we will wait and see what you have to say about Iowa's nitrogen in the Gulf of Mexico that you are soooo worried about? Why did you post it? And again...what was its source and percentage; as you posted before? Go ahead....we'll wait while you look up your post on this. Surely you will stand by your previous words here?

Afterall...you are a know-it-all-expert on Iowa's nitrogen in the Gulf.....wait for it.........wait for it.......wait for it........and then now she does not believe she ever said "farms"!

OK....that's a real out....then, show us that Iowa percentage again and how other states and lakes and rivers are discounted in those totals in the Gulf, without counting Iowa farm run-off! Oh...I get it.....the nitrogen in the Gulf totals she furnished before never included "farms"; as in farm run-off as a source.   Ha ha ha ha he he he he he!!!! That's the best line yet!!!!!!!

"I don't believe I ever said farms." oooooooooohhhhhh! Heavy! Words that will live in infamy! Uh....what was the point to your original ridiculous post then? What was the source of the nitrogen in the Gulf from Iowa that was your stated concern, then?   UUUuuummmmmppph!

What was that you posted to me, mallcontent.......? If you can't provide links then the claims don't exist?

(I admitted nothing...just furnished state and fed documentation. So if flows from Michigan are considered flows from Huron, and the lakes are considered as one; then the opposite is true as well. What a dumbass!)

What's your point?

"Because Lake Michigan is joined to Lake Huron at the Straits of Mackinac, they are considered one lake hydrologically."

I'm glad you're doing a little research.   It might help if you stick to it.   It's already improved your geography knowledge.

"The Great Lakes are also connected by canal to the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Illinois River (from Chicago) and the Mississippi River. "

I don't have to do research on what I already know.

Didn't do research.   Why the quotes?   You needn't answer.   You looked it up and copied it from the internet.   That's research.    I read the same information.
