Multi-generational

Rancho de Arboleda (RDA) is a multi-generational neighborhood comprised of 129 homes.

All of our homes were built by Costain in 1983. The growth of our neighborhood can be seen, not in additional homes to our subdivision, but in the increased activity of its residents. Our area enjoys block parties, a Newsletter, Directory, and (of course) this website.
