Parkwood Manor/Parkway Estates

There is a growing concern for the number of car burglaries that have happened in the neighborhood. We need to stay vigilant of our neighbors' properties as well as our own. A gold or copper Hyundai is under suspicion of being connected to these crimes. If anyone has information contact McAllen P.D. Also, now would be a good time to consider starting a neighborhood crime watch. We must have 70% participation from our neighbors. Hi, It is great to see the improvements in our neighborhood association. They make me feel more connected to my neighbors.

I think it would be a good idea to discuss more about the neighborhood watch.We have spoken about this in some of our meetings but did not really have it set up formally. We exchanged numbers, and spoke of keeping an eye out for unusual activities. I do this, and I am sure many of us do. However, some of us may be reluctant to participate because we may feel that a great deal of time may be involved, which is something some of us really don't have. here are my questions:
How do we do a neighborhood watch?
What do you mean when you say 70% of us need to be involved? WHat kind of involvement are you talking about?
