Is there any precedent available to stop the blanketing of our homes and neighborhoods with handbills left @ the door, stuck in the garage door handles and thrown in the driveway? I'm tired of strangers walking around our homes leaving garbage.

The Board contacted Lisa Cline Neighborhood Safety Advisor from the City of Scottsdale 480-312-7748 and she said ''the city is currently working on a program to deal with this matter. I will forward more information regarding the program as soon as it is implemented'' Clearly, this is a city wide problem and not just our neighborhood. Contact her for more info. We are attempting to set up an email list so we can get important news to our neighbors and not use printed flyers and not be another offending party! Thanks for your question.
