Past & Future Events and News

1. Spa heater will be turned off for the summer months of June, July and August to conserve natural gas and reduce the natural gas costs to the association.
2. Possible solar heating systems if natural gas prices keep increasing???? The ROI is still too low at this time. Natural gas prices need to get above $6 per thousand SCF. 5/21/05 sbe Natural gas prices are now forecast to remain above $6 per thousand SCF. 9/19/2005 sbe
3. Concrete deck resurfacing was completed in June 2008. Proper cleaning and maintenance procedures are now in place to prevent surface spalling due to water washing the decking during hot summer months. sbe
4. The plastic bubble type spa cover did not last longer than a year in the intensed UV light. No other covers are being considered at this time. sbe

Responses to Homeowner Requests & Inputs

1. The original pool surface was re-surfaced in January 2005 with a 3M material with a 5 year warranty and a useful life dependent on the water hardness.
2. The original pool/spa filter was replaced with a new sand filter in February 2005.
3. The original heater for the spa was replaced with a new heater in April 2005.
4. Replaced three missing stackable chairs. 9/19/2005 sbe

6. Replaced pool and spa pumps in May 2006. One pump under warrenty. 5/21/2006 sbe
7. Restrapped 17 table chairs in June 2006. 5/21/2006 sbe
8. Drained and PM'd pool in December 2008. Next scheduled draining is in fall of 2012. sbe
