Quincy Hill Townhouse Association

I am concerned about installing water meters.  Having been unemployed for 13 months, I am trying really hard to catch up and then a new expenditure pops up with the association.  I don't use the same amt of water as a family or our neighbors who constantly water their lawn, plants,etc and wash cars, but this is an expense I would like to avoid.

Money was spent on painting the curbs and nothing is said to folks who park there anyway.  So, why did we spend money on something not enforced when the budget is supposedly so tight?

No worry - the red paint will be disappearing from a curb near you soon.  The paint is already almost all gone on some curbs.  That's our money spent disappearing before our very eyes.
