Why we don't ask for rezoning around park area? There is a project happening at 185-05 50th Ave (50-01 185th St), doctor office plus 2 family, do you like it?

I'm glad they didn't make it a Commercial office. Its still a sight for sore eyes. I can't believe the owner of Jade the Chinese food place on Horce Harding made that and sold it. It doesn't belong....
