Does anyone know what is being done to conserve water at High Country Villas?  I am wondering in particular if the watering system for the grounds at HCV is as efficient as it could be.  Also, would it be possible or desirable for us to use recycled water on the golf course and lawns?  David Allen

I have had a comment by a resident that recycled water would be hazardous to animals.Frown

This is certainly a valid question.  Your neighbor may be right, but I doubt it.  Quail Gardens uses recycled water, and I am sure they would not do so if it was hazardous to animals.  This is a subject that needs looking into by somebody (the home owners association?)  I know that our local (Olivenhain) water supplyer has a program for distributing recycled water.  "We" (whoever that may be) need input from experts before making a decision.  David AllenCool
