Empty Houses

Keep an eye on empty properties.  If you see suspicious activity, please report it to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.

349 Forest Court - owned by JP Morgan Chase Bank - to be sold by HUD in the future.

Empty for a couple of years.

Door busted open at back.  Different cars / people seen at the house.  

Police have checked it out and say we should call them if we see anyone entering / in the house.

JP Morgan has been informed and is going to secure the house within a week.

Update - 8/21/14 workers at house, so hopefully it will remain locked up.
