Welcome to Weybridge West HOA
Weybridge West HOA is organized for the residents on Leith Drive in Dublin, Ohio. WWHOA is a sub-association of Muirfield Association. WWHOA is located just north of Glick Road, and west of Shawnee Hills. There are 46 units in 23 twin family singles. Weybridge West is located in Delaware County, City of Dublin utilities, Dublin City Schools, Dublin Post Office, and is served by Washington Township fire and rescue.
There are no common areas for the Weybridge West HOA. Each resident owns their own house and land and is responsible for any maintenance and liability insurance coverage. These are not considered condos. We also are included in the Muirfield Association; as such there are warranty deed guidelines. (See attachements and the MuirfieldAssociation.com.)
(Note: Just to the east of WWHOA, is Weybridge (East) HOA, not associated with Weybridge West, but they are also a Muirfield sub-association. They were built in 1985-1986, before Leith Drive.)
The most important parts of Weybridge West are the people who live here. Our friendly residents make the neighborhood a wonderful place to live by their kindness, their involvement in the community, and their commitment to maintaining our high quality of life.
