Meeting Minutes

On Tuesday, March 13, 2001, the Priest Lake Neighborhood Watch group held their 6th meeting at the Smith Springs Church of Christ. Topics discussed were as follows:

We are now serviced by the Hermitage police station located on Central Pike.

May 20th has been suggested as the day for our Spring block party. Please attend the next meeting so that we can get this organized. Also, we will have a block party on August 7 to participate in "Night Out Against Crime". If you have any ideas for a neighborhood gathering for this May please let me know.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH SIGNS
* We have recieved the signs. Unfortunately the posts are still on back order. One location for a sign has been located between 292 Clearlake and 296 Clearlake. The owners, Llyod Hamilton and James Summers, have agreed to this location. We now have to make arrangements for the other 2 signs.

* Block 1 is still without a captain.

* Tom Hutson will be obtaining a monthly police report. This will be read at our meeting to let you know what police activity has happened in our area. For the month of February, there was a car break-in at the 200 block of Clearlake Dr.
