I just purchased on ADOBE in Presidential Heights in San Clemente and I wanted to know if anyone was familar with the process of enclosing my patio for my dog?

Hello new owner on Adobe, Call Webb management and ask them to send you an application for yhe Architectural Committee approval to build a patio cover. You need plans and drawings of exactly what you wish to do. Also, you may need City of San Clemente building dept. approval. All depends on what you want. Regards, Glenn Fisher, PH-1 |
