I signed covenants when I purchased my home. I DO NOT remember any fines being mentioned in that document. Nor a 15 day time limit to correct actions. Now I get a fine assessed 1 day after I remeady the violation. And I have 10 days to dispute...What A Joke! We are all busy people. The board needs to Lighten Up!
