We have lived in Fallsreach for 26 years and have always had very considerate neighbors. Many of our neighbors have dogs and are very considerate about making sure that their dogs do not disturb others. Reently a new neighbor moved in and they have two dogs. They let their dogs out in their backyard for long periods of time during the day and the dogs bark non-stop. Additionally, they let the dogs out in the yard IN THE LATE EVENING (between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM) to go to the bathroom and the dogs bark the entire time they are outside. It is very disturbing. Any suggestions?

If the dogs are a nuisance, the county will step in. Contact the Montgomery County Animal Control people and they will come out.
