There seems to be an issue with people driving at excessive speeds through the neighborhood. The speed limit is 24 mph but very often I see people driving much faster then that. There are many children in the neighborhood riding bikies and scooters. I'm terrified when my children are playing in or near the street. Can we please drive safely through the neighborhood and watch out for each other's children? Many of our neighbors with small children are guilty of driving recklessly.

Police in Neighborhood

I agree. There are too many small children in the neighborhood for the speeding that goes on. I think we have about five police officers living in the neighborhood. Maybe they can help with the speeding problem. I would not want anyone to get a ticket, but a warning might help. If that fails, maybe we’ll need to look at some speed bumps in the offending areas.

Speeding

Sadly, it's some of the Police Officers and their families who speed the most. I've come really close to reporting one who flies past my house all day long. He has young children as well.
