Plaza De Isabella HOA, Inc.

I have live for the last 8 years with toyota of north hollywood as a neighbor and it has been a nightmare. Toyota of NH does not have any respect for its neighbors, their employees trash my community all the time and park their cars sometimes all day because toyota Company does not provide parking for their employees and they don't care that they are littering with cars my residential neighborhoo. 3 years ago we finally got approval for parking restrictions for our area, but the city does not provide permanent parking emforcement so we have to call parking enforcement or they won't come. we need more help from the city to help us with the businesses who don't care about their neighbors. I need to hear from any one who lives in the area.
