I spoke to Robin on the phone a few minutes ago. She said at first that was an illegal gathering, but during the phone call corrected saying there apparently was a contract.  She said if there are ever any issues with events to let her know and call 911, which many of you did call.

She told me she would call me back with more info so will be interesting to hear what she finds out.
